Kenny, and they will continue to get stronger until Californians get off of their lazy duffs and do something about it! Method of take is determined by what the board deems humane and apparently they are led to believe by the anti's, that a knife or spear is not a humane way to harvest! California is the ONLY state where we can't harvest wild hog's at Night, with a Spotlight, nor over a baited area and of course Knife and Spear are illegal methods of take here in KALIFORNICATEIA!
