    Hey Matt and Phillip,
Something has happened to the log in section to the blog, it just simply takes me straight to the gallery and wont let me go anywhere else!

That’s an awesome article, and it’s astonishing that it’s in the NYT.

    Hi Borepatch,
I have seen quite a lot of this going on these days, and as a matter of fact the zoning laws have been relaxed quite a bit around the country in some residential areas.
The amount of people applying for licensing to raise chickens, goats etc. etc. in their backyards for their eggs and meat has risen dramatically since the recession/depression hit us all.

It is only a natural progression for a non-hunter to explore the possibilities of obtaining a steroid/hormone free meat source as they begin to become aware of where, and how the meat actually gets from the hoof to the table.
Then, it is a short step from there to actually taking to field and do what the human race has done for millennia and go hunting!
